..............Marcella has been diagnosed with stage 4 recurrent non-small cell lung cancer.
and they still have to deal with the remaining nodules on her brain
she was a smoker and if any of you smoke here is another good reason to stop TODAY

I am so sorry about Jan's niece-in-law. Sad, so very sad. She and her family will be in my prayers.

I will keep Marcella in my prayers. Yup I'm a smoker and I better get my act together to give it up. Not a very easy addiction.

I'm a smoker too, and I have COPD. It's very difficult to stop. I have tried often. These past weeks, being home, I'm smoking more. As soon as I get a job, it will be easier. It's also hard because I live alone, and there is noone to be a non enabler (is that a word?)
I will pray for Marcella.

So sorry to hear about Marcella.. It's been many years since John gave cigs up, and I am so thankful that he did. The day the doctor told him he has to give it up for many health reasons, that was the day he stops. Not an easy thing to do, but for all of you that do, for health reasons would be the thing to do. Now if I could only get my sons to give it up..
