they asked for bids to paint the church and gave the job to the lowest bidder ---after he started he realized that he wouldnt have enough paint to do the job so he started to cut the remaining paint with water in order to finish the job --- no sooner does he get done when it starts to rain and all of the cut paint is washed away by the rain-- the painter looks toward the heavens and says "oh lord what am i do do now"-- and a booming voice replies "repaint and thin no more"
