Just ten more days for the feast. Family and friends all gathered around the table with food and fellowship on Thanksgiving Day. I love this holiday which ushers in Christmas.

I just love Thanksgiving. It is such a festive holiday, and it's wonderful to have the family together. Everyone helps out with the cooking, and as the commercial says, we usually run out of table before we run out of food.

What Fordham Mike, no Lasagna for Christmas??? We even have Lasagna on Thanksgiving. It's Antipasto with Italian bread, then Lasagna, then Turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, candied yams, veggies, green salad, then ton's of desert. Pumpkin pie, Lemon Meringue pie, chocolate dipped strawberries, dozens of assorted cookies, pepto bismo.

We have a big meal as well. After the pies and cookies comes the nuts and fruit.

Carol - Lori will do just fine. How I wish I had enough room for my family.
Lori and Thanksgiving bring back fond memories of when we worked together.
