Got the new printer.

Well, the old one finally had it. After beating and cussing it, it still gave me an error message. So, it was off to Circuit City today, and for $109 I got printer, scanner, copier & fax all in one machine. I have to wait for my son to hook up the fax because all the wires are behind the entertainment center, and you need two hands. (I actually could do it myself it the wires were right in front of me - not all blondes are helpless). I'm going to retire the big old fax downstairs in the storage unit, only because it still works for outgoing faxes (ya never know and since I only paid $10 for it why throw it out, unless my son wants it).

Also picked up Mom's vacuum (wait till she hears it was $90 to fix it, but it's a Hoover and I think it was expensive.) Also went to the bank and did some minor shopping.

WHEW - I'm tired now and I still have to think about dinner. I really feel like having some fish, but I don't want to go out again. My sister invited me to dinner (she's making fish), but they are predicting violent storms and I hate to drive in the rain.

Exhausted. Go and eat at your sisters. The rain will not start early.

Yeah - but my sister and I have a plan - we're not telling Mom how much the vacuum cleaner repair was until Sunday. That gives us two whole days of not hearing "I can't believe it". You just don't know MOM.

Besides, I found white clam sauce in the freezer.
