was always 2PM at my in-laws and 3PM at my house. And it was always gravy followed by a roast with potatoes, veggies and salad. Does anyone follow that tradition? I can't remember when we stopped having Sunday dinner in the afternoon and switched to evenings.

Sunday dinner was at 2 pm and was the entire family. Mom cooked a roast of some kind and we all sat down together. I recall she cooked an eye round roast many times. Later in the evening, we would snack or have cake and coffee. That was a looonnnnnnng time ago!

Our Sunday dinner, along with quite a few otherthings bit the dust when our fridge died sometime yesterday. Everything in the freezer defrosted, so we put in the fridge section, which was still cold and functioning...until this afternoon. We cannot trust any of the food, and have to get rid of everything!! Luckily, we had a waranty that covers up to 250 dollars of spoiled food, so it won't be a total loss. The only big loss this week-end was the Ynkees hopes, I think. Two disasters!

I'm sure he's not the only one. How about Mr. Clemens, Mr. Pettitte, me? If they continue to play this badly, they will have to cancel the new stadium; nobody will go!
