Well it's Thursday and I am off today. I have the whole day to myself. No coffee this morning. Tomorrow is my nuclear stress test and I can't have caffeine 24 hours before the test. Not even decaf is allowed. Nothing to eat after midnight tonight either.
Anyway, nothing planned today but relaxation.

I have had one and came through it wore out, they have you running up hill on the treadmill at top speed till I was readly to drop, then hit you with the radium, Flo through you and slow the treadmill down a little at a time. After that they let you rest for a few hours, and put you on speacial table about eight inches wide to scope your heart from every angle, rotating xrays . Lenny I hope you don't glow in the dark for a few days.

Went through testing this past January everything came out ok. But still on blood pressure meds.

I should do okay on the tread mill. I do it everyday at the Y.M.C.A. I'm worried about taking off my shirt in the presence of ladies. This, I am not used to. Must be that 24 year old virgin thing haunting me!

Had mine last year. The treadmill not too bad, its the rest of the test lying on your back with your hands over your head for 40 mins.....that got a bit uncomfortable!

I GET A CHEMICAL STRESS TEST,
IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR DYING.
THEN THE DREADED HANDS OVER YOUR HEAD STUFF.
I HATE THAT, IT KILLS MY BAD SPINE AND I CANT WALK FOR A WEEK.
I RECENTLY HAD A BODY SCAN IT WAS TERRIBLE ON A HARD 15 INCH TABLE WITH YOUR HANDS UP OVER YOUR HEAD FOR AS LONG AS THE STRESS TEST PICTURES.
I COULDNT WALK EVEN WITH MY WALKER.
I HAD TO CALL A NEIGHBOR AND HER HUSBAND TO DRIVE ME AND MY CAR HOME.
IM STILL HURTING SINCE THAT BODY SCAN.
AHHH 'THE GOLDEN YEARS', A BUNCH OF HORSESPIT.
'THE TARNISHED YEARS' IS MORE LIKE IT.
