jan is having 35 decorato/ graduates for her annual luncheon this friday --- going all out this year--- what do you think of the menu
we have about 35 decorator/graduates coming to the annual luncheon at our house--here is the menu
Individual filets of salmon with fresh herbs and lemon
-served with a cucumber salad garnish-
Potato salad with caramelized onion and coarse grain mustard
Platter of fresh sliced fruits and berries
Caprese salad: fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil
With a balsamic dressing
Wilted spinach salad with bacon dressing
Spice crusted chicken breast
With blueberry chutney
Iced tea with lemon
Dessert: Berry shortcakes
With lemony whipped cream
On tender scones
what do you think

Mmmmmmmmmmm - sounds good to me, but how about adding a little prosciutto to the Caprese salad?  I'll be there at 11:30 to help set up. |

ok --- since there isnt one person invited who likes everything being served except wheezie and redstang the next time i invite you all -- actually i didnt invite you all you all invited yourself but never the less i will run the menu by you before the caterer starts cooking--lol
