Okay folks.....I made a new link to our Candy Store Veterans Tribute. It's up on top of the page with the other links.
If you wish to be included or have a family member included, please e-mail me their picture and info such as service, rank, years served etc.
Let's honor our Candy Store Veterans for Veterans Day. This includes Police Officers, past and present.

I will have to search my spare bedroom but I have many uncles who served and one who did not come home from WWII. So many cousins and friends. I think I could fill a page myself. During WWII my uncles Ray, Richie Moore; uncles Tom, Charles, John Colleton; uncle Frank Colleton who died at Mermansk and also my dad who was not eligible but worked at Todd Shipyard in Hoboken, NJ. My mother filled our memories of the sacrifices those young made and the sacrifices those at home made in support of them.
God, help us to find that spirit that this country had during WWII ! May we support and pray for all our troops in harms way today.

Lenny, my son served in the Marines for 5 years. How do I send a picture to you and does it have to be one in uniform.

Can you scan a photo of him onto your computer and e-mail it to me? If not, you can mail it to me U.S. Post Office. I will mail it back to you. I'll e-mail you my address. Perferalbly a picture in uniform, but if you don't have one, I can post his regualar picture. Please include what service and what years he served with rank or grade.

Lenny................my husband Al served as a Marine from 1964 through 1967. Went to Viet Nam for one year which was 1965 to 1966. If I can come up with a picture, I will send it to you.

Lenny......................sent two pictures. The second is the clearest. I had to take it of a picture I had. The first one came out fuzzy, but I think the second is better.

Very nice Lenny.. When I get a chance, would love to send my Father-in-law (Purple Heart) and my Dad's picture from Panama in.
