It feels sooooo good! I love the cooler weather with no humidity. Feels like the holiday season should feel. It gets you in the spirit...ya know what I mean?

:)Good Morning......................finally after 5 days of rain the sun is out here on Long Island. It's chilly though, but I'll take this weather any day over rain. Going out to the wineries on the Island today on the North Fork. Will be heading home to Indiana tomorrow!!! "HOME SWEET HOME"

Brrrrrrrrrrr!! Very chilly this AM. WE had a power failure, and that always knocks out the water pump. I was prepared. There I was, in the middle of the night, filling a pot and a pitcher with water, so at least I could wash my hands and face and make coffee this morning. I was ready to make coffee on the BBQ, it has a little burner, I even got out my "picnic" coffee pot. It's a six cup aluminum that has to be over 40 years old.
Can't wait to take a shower. Plumbers are hard to find on Sundays.

it is just beautiful here this morning, we also lost power yesterday for quite awhile, but we have a genarater, so it was not to bad. but it is beautiful here today sun is shinning

It's 55 degrees with wind gusts to 25 mph...love it. Tonight it will be going down to 34 degrees...the snow can't be far behind. Guess I'll have to spring for the tires I need before the snow season starts.
