Bronx Girl 1942. I e-mailed her my home phone #. It would have been nice to meet with her while she was in Mahopac. She must have had other plans.

Bronx Girl 1942 sent me the following e-mail today:
"Hi Wheezie,
Just a little note to say I'm sorry we never got over to see you. We were only in Mahopac for 2 days, and my husband's son kept us busy the whole time. One day we went to the opening of the Devil's stadium in Newark, NJ which he was the Project Manager for. Then the 2nd day, we were up and out at 8:30 a.m. and off to the Jersey Shore where they are looking for a house.
Maybe next time we'll get to see you when things aren't so "hectic".
Yesterday we stopped in the Bronx and saw an old girlfriend of mine. We went down Memory Lane in Parkchester where I was born. Now we are out on the Island. Think I am going to need a "real" vacation when I get back.
Well, take care and say "hello" to everyone for me. We are off to see my Mother now.
