Baby....it's cold outside! The cool dry air this morning is a real treat for us Floridians. It's been this way in the morning and evening for the last week or so. It must be at leat 74° outisde and a big difference from the usual hot and muggy 90°.
It will reach the 90's this afternoon so we'll enjoy this while we can. Hopefully, it will soon be cooler for the next few month's down here.
Have a great Sunday everyone!

Enjoy the weather Lenny! You think it's cold in Florida, well it's 57 right here in Indiana but going up to 80. Have a nice day everyone.

85 right now. I am sitting down and doing some paperwork that I have left far too long. Did not get to the pool today. Went to 9 am Mass and I can see the snow birds are drifting back a few at a time. Do really hate it when they all get here. Everyplace is crowded and you can hardly find a parking place at church. Have to go to dinner by 5 pm or eat at home. Traffic also gets much heavier. Wish these folks would either stay where they are or come live all the time. While they are here they act like they are "special" and they are demanding. Guess us year 'round folks are chopped liver!!! Oh well, stop griping and enjoy the day Frances!!! That's my mother speaking to me!!! Stay warm all you northern folks. Tiger, when do you and Jim hit the road for Myrtle Beach?

We almost retired in Myrtle Beach. Looked at several condos right near the beach but the realtor told us we would not love it all year round. We put that on hold and concentrated on Florida and finally determined that we would love the Villages all year regardless of the snow birds coming in season. Truthfully, the snowbirds only bother me when we can't get a table in a restaurant if it is after 5pm. They don't do reservations down here and Joe and I don't have the patience to wait an hour for a table!!! Hope you have a great trip and I know you will have a delightful Winter!!! Thank God, it will be FAR better than last year!!!
