Heard on the news about a manhole cover exploding in N.Y.C. today and 11 people injured. It didn't say what the cause was. Anyone know?

It was a steam pipe they say it has nothing to do with terrorists, just age of everything under ground in NYC. Last reporthad i death, aheart attack. The hole it ledft will screw up traffic for some time.
