Painted most of the day, we hard a nice breeze so I decided to paint outside and I actually finished the whole job. Since I lost the weight I have a barrel of energy just hope my heart as some mileage left.

Thats wonderful, I need to get with it a little more, this off again on again stuff its not working. I'm 229 right now need to get down to 175.

Good job Charlie.........on both the painting and the weight loss.
I'm at 168 and would like to get down to 160. All belly fat. I have no legs and no behind. All belly. Doctor says that a man gets a belly naturally with age so you have to watch the eating habits so you don't add to it unessessarily. I have 8 pounds to shed by August 7th which is my next yearly physical. Uh Oh....here comes that grand finale "Bend Over Please."

Mike,
That's my target weight 175, actually the doctor said ideally I should get down to 155. This my diet...breakfast a cup of tea with Splendor and 1% milk. Lunch 1/2 cup ( measured ) of oatmeal with Splendor and 1% milk. Dinner ...no counting, I eat what Johanna makes only thing I changed is no bread and I eat moderately. During the day I drink Pepsi, diet and caffeine free, I totally cut out sugar and bread.

Lenny,
Even as a skinny kid I always had very muscular legs. As I got older and realized I had an asset that was just natural I decided to develope them further...wish I had spent that effort on reducing my gut. Even though I've lost a lot of the belly I still have some gut. Very hard to tighten the belly after a certain age.

That sound like a Dr. Dott , no white flour no sugar et. I guess I need to just get with the program and do it and stay with it. 155 is not my best weigh, I would look skinny and very old

CHARLIE you dont eat any breakfast, i could not make it through the day without eating breakfast. MIKE, you are right when you get older you have to be careful how much weight you lose, because you can look alot older.
